Mission
Our mission is to increase fundraising and organizational effectiveness through fundraising consultation, strategic planning, and executive coaching.

Philosophy
We believe that authentic partnerships are rooted in consensus-building and shared decision-making.

We believe that the success of development efforts is dependent upon the organization's culture, operation, governance, and service.

We believe that philanthropy fulfills the aspirations of the benefactor and the organization.

We believe that philanthropy is synonymous with service and that giving is a spiritual act.

These principles guide our work, as do the missions of the organizations we serve in partnership.

Values
Integrity: We comport ourselves as professionals of uncompromising honor.

Professionalism: We conduct ourselves according to standards of ethics and best practices established by our profession.

Service: We are dedicated to sharing our resources with our profession and our community.
