"We believe that partnership is the defining philanthropic relationship."

Partners In Philanthropy, Inc. was founded in 1994 by president and owner Michael R. Maude, ACFRE, FAHP. It is a member of the Association of Philanthropic Counsel.

Our mission is to increase fundraising and organizational effectiveness through fundraising consultation, strategic planning, and executive coaching.

We believe that authentic partnerships are rooted in consensus-building and shared decision-making.

We believe that the success of development efforts is dependent upon the organization's culture, operation, governance, and service.

We believe that philanthropy fulfills the aspirations of the benefactor and the organization.

We believe that philanthropy is synonymous with service and that giving is a spiritual act.

These principles guide our work, as do the missions of the organizations we serve in partnership.

Integrity: We comport ourselves as professionals of uncompromising honor.

Professionalism: We conduct ourselves according to standards of ethics and best practices established by our profession.

Service: We are dedicated to sharing our resources with our profession and our community.
